Mihai Alexandru Roman (in Romanian; Moldavian; Moldovan pronounced as /miˈhaj alekˈsandru ˈroman/; born 31 May 1992) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Uzbekistan Super League club Neftchi Fergana.
Roman represented the Romania national under-19 team at the 2011 UEFA European Championship. On 10 September 2013, he scored twice for the under-21 side in a match against Montenegro.
