Miguel Lamego Tavares (born 29 January 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a winger for Super League 2 club Makedonikos, on loan from Panathinaikos.[1] [2]
He represented various clubs at the youth level, with Porto being the most notable.[3] Tavares broke into senior football with União Nogueirense in 2018.[4] In August 2022, Tavares joined Super League Greece 2 side Panathinaikos B on a one-year deal from Amarante.[5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]
On 7 November 2022, he made his professional debut starting in a 4–2 win over Apollon Larissa.[11] He later suffered a hamstring injury that month.[12] [13] [14] In May 2023, he signed with the club through 2027.
