Michiel Elijzen (born 31 August 1982 in Culemborg, Gelderland) is a Dutch former professional road bicycle racer, who retired from competition after the 2010 season to become a sporting director for, the team for which he last rode competitively. He now works as a directeur sportif for the Sunweb Group B.V. teams: UCI WorldTeam,[1] UCI Women's WorldTeam,[2] and UCI Continental team .[3]

Subsequently, he served as a sporting manager for [4] and [5] before joining the new team in 2015.[6]
