Miathyria Explained
Miathyria is a Neotropical genus of dragonflies. They are commonly known as Hyacinth Gliders.[1] One species, M. marcella, occurs in North America.[1] They are associated with floating plants, especially Water Hyacinth[1] or Water Lettuce.
