Melville Beach (2016 population:) is a resort village in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 5. It is on the shores of Crooked Lake in the Rural Municipality of Grayson No. 184.

History

Melville Beach incorporated as a resort village on July 1, 1983.[2]

In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Resort Village of Melville Beach recorded a population of living in of its total private dwellings, a change from its 2011 population of . With a land area of 0.21km2, it had a population density of in 2016.[4]

Government

The Resort Village of Melville Beach is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator.[5] The mayor is Ken Gerhardt and its administrator is Kayla Hauser.[5]
