Melceü't-Tabbâhîn Explained
Melceü't-Tabbâhîn (Ottoman Turkish: ملجأ الطباخين), the first Ottoman Turkish cookbook, was written in 1844 by Mehmed Kâmil Pasha, a scholar of forensic sciences.[1] [2] [3]
