Mecistocephalus manokwarius is a species of centipede in the Mecistocephalidae family. It was described in 1944 by American myriapodologist Ralph Vary Chamberlin.[1] This species is brown, has 49 pairs of legs, and can reach 44 mm in length.
The species occurs in New Guinea. The type locality is Manokwari, on the Bird's Head Peninsula of Western New Guinea.[1]
