Mecistes tarsalis explained

Mecistes tarsalis is a species of leaf beetle found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo,^[1] Namibia (with uncertainty), Botswana and South Africa. It was first described by the Belgian entomologist Félicien Chapuis in 1874.
