Mawa Railway Station is a B class railway station on the Dhaka–Jessore line located in Medinimandal Union of Lauhjong Upazila in Munshiganj District of Dhaka Division, Bangladesh.[1] The station is located at the northern end of the Padma Bridge.[2]

History

It was constructed under the Padma bridge Rail Link Project. Its construction was started in June 2018 and opened in October 2023.[3]

Stoppage of trains

The inter-city Madhumati express and Bhanga Commuter and Nakshikantha Commuter stops at the station.[4]
