Matthew Swanson (born February 16, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 89 for John Swanson.

Swanson has previously competed in series such as the Race of Champions Late Model Series, the PASS North Super Late Model Series, the Modified Racing Series, the Tri-Track Open Modified Series, and the Indoor Auto Racing Championship.^[1]
