Manley Burke is a law firm established by Bob Manley and Timothy Burke in 1979.[1] [2] It has a Fraternal Law Partners division, established in 2012.[3] The fraternal law division was founded by Burke with Sean P. Callan, and John E. Christopher.

The National Anti-Hazing Hotline was established in 2007 by 21 fraternities and sororities; it is monitored by Manely Burke.[5] [6] [7] Students may call to report suspected hazing incidents, anonymously. Norval Stephens of the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation led the effort to establish the hotline.[8] As of 2024, 47 North American fraternities and sororities have joined the hotline effort.
The Fraternal Law Partners division publishes and distributes the Fraternal Law Newsletter that deals with law related to North American fraternities and sororities, covering subjects such as housing, alcohol abuse, hazing, and taxes.[9] [10] [11]
The Fraternal Law Partners division has held the Fraternal Law Conference annually since 1998.[12]
