As of 2011, Mamsirpur had a population of 1,520, in 279 households. This population was 56.0% male (851) and 44.0% female (669). The 0-6 age group numbered 215 (129 male and 86 female), or 14.1% of the total population. 302 residents were members of Scheduled Castes, or 19.9% of the total.[1]
