Maksim Hienadzievich Andraloits (Belarusian: Максім Генадзевіч Андралойць; born 17 June 1997) is a Belarusian decathlete. He won a silver medal at the 2016 World U20 Championships and a bronze at the 2015 European Junior Championships.
