Mahamadwadi Dam, (or Mohamod Wadi Dam) is an earthfill dam on Gad river near Nardave in Kankavli taluka of Sindhudurg district, in the state of Maharashtra in India.[1]

Specifications

The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 59.33m (194.65feet) while the length is 1590m (5,220feet). The volume content is 12000km3 and gross storage capacity is 93374km3.[2]
