Madavoor is a village in the Varkala Taluk of the Trivandrum district in the state of Kerala, India. It is situated 18 km east of Varkala.[2]

Demographics

Madavoor belongs to the South Kerala Division. It is located 45 km north of district headquarters Thiruvananthapuram. Parippally, Pazhayakunnummel, Kilimanoor, Nagaroor, Chemmaruthy are the nearby villages. Nearby cities include Paravoor, Varkala, Attingal, and Kollam.

Madavoor is surrounded by Chadayamangalam Block to the east, Varkala Block to the south, Ithikkara Block to the west, and Chirayinkeezhu Block to the south.

Agriculture is the main profession in the village.
