MachEye was founded in 2018 by Ramesh Panuganty.^[7] Panuganty previously founded Drastin,^[8] the conversational analytics platform that was later acquired by Splunk to improve search-based analytics and intuity in Splunk.^{[9] [10] [11]}

In 2020, they launched an AI-powered platform.^{[12] [13]} In October 2020, they raised $4.6 million in seed funding,^[14] backed by Canaan Partners and West Wave Capital.^[15]

In May 2024, company was acquired by Verint^[16]

Services

MachEye's platform uses technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, natural language generation, and text-to-speech.^{[1] [4]} MachEye's AI technology generates audio-visual reports based on users' data.
