History
MachEye was founded in 2018 by Ramesh Panuganty.[7] Panuganty previously founded Drastin,[8] the conversational analytics platform that was later acquired by Splunk to improve search-based analytics and intuity in Splunk.[9] [10] [11]
In 2020, they launched an AI-powered platform.[12] [13] In October 2020, they raised $4.6 million in seed funding,[14] backed by Canaan Partners and West Wave Capital.[15]
In May 2024, company was acquired by Verint[16]
Services
MachEye's platform uses technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, natural language generation, and text-to-speech.[1] [4] MachEye's AI technology generates audio-visual reports based on users' data. MachEye can also generate reports based on an analysis of users' search history on its platform.[17]
