Maysa Pardayeva (born 14 February 2005) is a judoka from Turkmenistan. She won a bronze medal at the 2022 Asian Games.[1]

Early life

She is from the Lebap Region of Turkmenistan.[2]

Career

In 2022, she won the Junior Asian Cup in Almaty, Kazhakstan.[3] [4]

She won the Junior European Cup in Sarajevo in March 2023 in the -57kg category.[5] She won bronze at the Kuwait Open Tournament in the 57kg in April 2023.[6] She won a bronze medal in the women's -57kg at the delayed 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China in September 2023.[7] At the Games opening ceremony she also had the honour of being the country's flag bearer.[8]

In February 2024, she won the Warsaw European Open in the weight category up to 57 kg.[9] She won a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya in April 2024.[10] In July 2024, she was selected for the 2024 Paris Olympics.[11]
