Lyelliceratidae Explained
Lyelliceratidae is a family of ammonites belonging to the superfamily Acanthoceratoidea.
These cephalopods were fast-moving nektonic carnivores. They lived in the Cretaceous period (109.0 to 94.3 Ma).[1]
