Lutcza is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niebylec, within Strzyżów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6km (04miles) south of Niebylec, 130NaN0 south-east of Strzyżów, and 270NaN0 south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
