Lupercus of Berytus explained

Lupercus of Berytus (Greek, Modern (1453-);: Λούπερκος Βηρύτιος) was a Greek grammarian of the 3rd century. He wrote On the Word, The Foundation of Arsinoe in Egypt, and other works.
