Loxanthocereus faustianus explained

Loxanthocereus faustianus is a species of Loxanthocereus found in Peru.[1]

Description

It is a cactus with red-orange flowers, and that grows between 40cm (20inches) and 45cm (18inches) tall. It produces red to brown berries, and medium-sized brown-black seeds.[2]

Distribution

Plants are found in Lima, Peru in the valleys of Chillón, Rímac and Santa Eulalia at elevations around 1260 meters.
