Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan (LGS) is a Crown corporation owned by the Government of Saskatchewan established in 2023.[1] [2]

History

Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan was established on June 1, 2023 as a designated subsidiary Crown Corporation. Replacing Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation, it oversees both lotteries and gaming (including casinos, video lottery terminals and online gaming), although maintaining distinct operators. SaskGaming, which owns and operates Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw, became a wholly owned subsidiary of LGS, alongside Sask. Lotteries and SIGA.

The company's address is 2055 Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan.[3]
