Larus1981Air cushion vehicle433Larus was an experimental hovercraft built to transport passengers and cargo in the Finnish archipelago in wintertime. The vessel did not fulfill expectations and was briefly used to break up ice dams in north before she was sold to Canada for Tuktoyaktuk-based Arctic Hovertrans Ltd. Later, she was reportedly transported to Singapore.[5]
