the third movement Burletta contains quarter-tone tuning used for parodistic effect. Quarter tones are also used in Bartók's ballet The Miraculous Mandarin.
the fourth movement Presto contains quarter-tones, but they are not "structural features." This movement also calls for third-tones.
the cadenza in the first movement requires the use of quarter-tones, but only as an effect.
