Roraback Pond Dam		2021	Harwinton	Tributary to Leadmine Brook		The 510feet long earthen dam was owned by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and impounded a 0.83acres pond. It was in severe disrepair and was breached to remove maintenance and liability concerns, as well as for stream restoration.^[3]
