This is a list of all tornadoes that were confirmed by local offices of the National Weather Service in the United States in November and December 2010.

Numerous businesses and the Yazoo City courthouse sustained roof and some exterior damage, with one business severely damaged. Windows were also blown out of buildings and trees were uprooted. The Yazoo City Schools Administrative Office was badly damaged and a nearby brick building partially collapsed. A large metal awning was torn apart as well.[33]
