This article lists the vice presidents of Catalonia, the second most senior position in the Government of Catalonia. The position, previously known as First Minister (Catalan; Valencian: Conseller Primer|translation=First Councillor), Chief Advisor (Catalan; Valencian: Conseller en Cap), Chief Executive Officer (Catalan; Valencian: Conseller Delegat) and Head of the Executive Board (Catalan; Valencian: Cap del Consell Executiu), is optional and is appointed by the president of Catalonia.
