Lisičani (Macedonian: Лисичани) is a village in the municipality of Plasnica, North Macedonia.

Demographics

The village is attested in the 1467/68 Ottoman tax registry (defter) for the Nahiyah of Kırçova. The village had a total of 44 houses, excluding bachelors (mucerred).[1]

Lisičani has traditionally been inhabited by a Torbeš (Macedonian Muslims) population.[2]

According to the 2002 census, the village had a total of 1153 inhabitants. Ethnic groups in the village include:[3]
