Liolophura Explained
Liolophura is a genus[1] of chitons, or polyplacophorans, marine mollusks whose shell is composed of eight articulating plates or valves.[2]
Taxonomy
Liolophura is classified within the family Chitonidae, subfamily Acanthopleurinae. Species include:
