Lincoln Township, Jasper County, Missouri Explained

Lincoln Township is a township in Jasper County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its population was 270 per the 2020 Census.^[1]

It was founded on February 7, 1873.^[2] The first school-house was erected in 1858 and the first post-office was established at Maple Grove in 1879.^[2]

Lincoln Township has the name of President Abraham Lincoln.^[3]
