Libanopristis Explained

Libanopristis is an extinct genus of ganopristid sclerorhynchoid that lived in Lebanon during the Late Cretaceous. One female specimen with nine embryos preserved in situ represents one of the first fossil evidence of batoid ovoviviparity.^[1]
