Lernaea cyprinacea explained
Lernaea cyprinacea is a species of parasitic crustacean belonging to the family Lernaeidae.[1] It may be native to Eurasia,[2] and has been introduced to the United Kingdom[1] [3] and the United States.[1] [2] It develops optimally at temperatures between 23C30C.[4] It is regarded as a major pest in aquaculture.[4]
