Lehman is an unincorporated community in Cochran County, Texas, United States. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had a population of 8 in 2000.
Lehman is located at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 769, Texas State Highway 125 and 214, 55miles west of Lubbock, 4miles south of Morton, 25miles west of Levelland, and 11miles west of Whiteface in central Cochran County.[1]
Lehman had its own school in 1923. Today, the community is served by the Whiteface Independent School District.
KOBR has a KCBD-TV satellite in the community.
