Leandro Iván Benegas (born 27 November 1988) is an Argentine-Chilean professional footballer who plays as a forward for Chilean Primera División club Unión Española on loan from Colo-Colo.
In the second half of 2024, Benegas was loaned out to Unión Española from Colo-Colo.[2]
He received his first call up to the Chile senior team to play the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Colombia on 13 October 2020,[3] replacing Juan Carlos Gaete due to injury,[4] but he didn't make his international debut.
On 26 December 2018, Benegas received the Chilean nationality by residence.[5] [6]
