Le jeune homme de sable explained

Le jeune homme de sable is a 1979 novel by Williams Sassine. The novel follows Oumarou, a young African young man, revolting against the older generation.^{[1] [2] [3]}

Sassine uses symbolism and allegorical dreams to comment on the story.^{[4] [5]}
