As of 2011, Latifpur Kotla had a population of 1,752, in 334 households. This population was 53.1% male (930) and 46.9% female (822). The 0-6 age group numbered 231 (130 male and 101 female), making up 13.2% of the total population. 192 residents were members of Scheduled Castes, or 11.0% of the total.[1]
