Laskowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubrza, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland,[1] close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 6km (04miles) east of Lubrza, 90NaN0 east of Prudnik, and 410NaN0 south-west of the regional capital Opole. Historically located in Upper Silesia, in the Prudnik Land.
Nine Polish citizens were murdered by Nazi Germany in the village during World War II.[2]
