Laodelphax striatellus explained

Laodelphax striatellus is a species of true bug belonging to the family Delphacidae.[1] [2]

It is native to Eurasia and Northern Africa. Also known as the small brown planthopper. Able to transmit the Rice black-streaked dwarf virus.
