Laodelphax striatellus explained

Laodelphax striatellus is a species of true bug belonging to the family Delphacidae.^{[1] [2]}

It is native to Eurasia and Northern Africa. Also known as the small brown planthopper. Able to transmit the Rice black-streaked dwarf virus.
