Lal Mohan Gupta is an Indian politician,^[1] currently serving as a member of the Bihar Legislative Council since 2024.^[2] He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.^{[3] [4]}

Early life

Gupta was born to Ram Prasad in 1961 in Munger, Bihar.^[1]

Education

During his early years, Gupta studied under BSEB curriculum. After his matriculation exams in 1978, he studied law at Bhagalpur University and graduated from the same university with a Bachelors of Law degree in 1992.^[1]
