Lake Creek rises on the Woodcock Creek divide about 2 miles northwest of Guys Mills, Pennsylvania in Crawford County. Lake Creek then flows southeasterly into Venango County to meet Sugar Creek at Cooperstown, Pennsylvania.[3]
