Harold Lacy Landers (June 28, 1927 – August 20, 2011) was an American politician. He was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, serving from 1963 to 1994. He was a member of the Democratic Party.[1] [2] [3]

In 1987 he hosted the Southern Legislative Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas.[4] A 2012 House Resolution commemorated him.[5]
