Lê Nguyễn Ngọc Hằng is a Vietnamesebeauty pageant titleholder. She was second runner-up at Miss Vietnam 2022 and she represented Vietnam in at Miss Intercontinental 2023 and was second runner-up and won the title of Miss Intercontinental Asia & Oceania 2023.
Lê Nguyễn Ngọc Hằng was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City. She was a former student of Trưng Vương High School. At the same time, he achieved the title of excellent student for 12 years. Currently, she is a student at Western Sydney University in Australia.
Ngọc Hằng is also a member of a number of community programs and projects such as non-profit projects targeting the elderly such as The Elderly of Saigon, career guidance projects and sharing application skills to young talents VOCO Center.
