Ayar Stadium (my|ဧရာ အားကစားကွင်း) or Kyaut Tie Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium, located in downtown Pathein, Myanmar. It is the home ground of Ayeyawady United FC. As of 2020, the club was planning for a new stadium to be built in Pathein by 2022.[1] In 2024, the regional government closed down several shops previously rented out next to the stadium, allegedly over rent or security concerns being close to the government's administrative buildings.[2]

The stadium hosts other Pathein community events such as the traditional Tabodwe harvest festival.[3]
