Kutrovice (in Czech pronounced as /ˈkutrovɪtsɛ/) is a municipality and village in Kladno District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Etymology

The name is derived from the personal name Kutra, meaning "the village of Kutra's people".[2]

Geography

Kutrovice is located about 14km (09miles) north of Kladno and 31km (19miles) northwest of Prague. It lies in an agricultural landscape of the Lower Ohře Table. The highest point is at 316m (1,037feet) above sea level. The stream Bakovský potok flows through the municipality.
