Kuhdasht Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهدشت) is a former administrative division of the former Miandorud District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran. It was administered from Surak.[2]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 20,601 in 5,213 households.[3]
After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Miandorud County. The rural district was transferred to the new Central District and its name changed to Kuhdasht-e Sharqi Rural District.[2]
