"Ku Lo Sa" is a song by Nigerian singer Oxlade. It was released on 10 June 2022 through Troniq Music and Epic Records for ColorsxStudios.[2] Following its release, a live-performing video was released on Colors YouTube channel, which has received over 74 million YouTube streams as of 13 September 2023. A remix along with American singer Camila Cabello was released on 9 December 2022 with new verses from Cabello.[3]
In an interview with OkayAfrica, Oxlade shared that "Ku Lo Sa" emerged during a particularly challenging period in his life. He recorded the song just two days after a personal setback, uncertain of how the performance would resonate. Originally intended as a single following his track "Want You," the song found a broader audience through his collaboration with COLORS Studios, where it quickly gained viral traction. This unforeseen momentum marked a defining moment for Oxlade, aligning with his growing success and establishing "Ku Lo Sa" as a breakthrough track on the global stage.[4]
