Kopice (German: Koppitz, 1936–1945 Schwarzengrund) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grodków, within Brzeg County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8km (05miles) south-east of Grodków, 250NaN0 south of Brzeg, and 340NaN0 west of the regional capital Opole.
The Schaffgotsch noble family left a Neo-Gothic palace, today in ruins.
