Konstantinovsky District (Russian: Константи́новский райо́н) is an administrative[2] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 1816km2.[1] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Konstantinovka.[4] Population: 14,847 (2002 Census); The population of Konstantinovka accounts for 41.0% of the district's total population.
