Konstantinovka (Russian: links=no|Константиновка) is a rural locality in Vysoksky Selsoviet Rural Settlement, Medvensky District, Kursk Oblast, Russia. Population:
The village is located on the Reut River (a left tributary of the Seym), from the Russia–Ukraine border, south-west of Kursk, north-west of the district center – the urban-type settlement Medvenka, from the selsoviet center – Vysokoye.[5]
Konstantinovka is located from the federal route Crimea Highway (a part of the European route), on the road of intermunicipal significance (Spasskoye – Konstantinovka),[6] from the nearest railway station Dyakonovo[7] (railway line Lgov I — Kursk).
The rural locality is situated from Kursk Vostochny Airport, from Belgorod International Airport and from Voronezh Peter the Great Airport.
