Konotop is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kolsko, within Nowa Sól County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5km (03miles) south-west of Kolsko, 200NaN0 north-east of Nowa Sól, and 280NaN0 east of Zielona Góra.
The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word koń, which means "horse".[2]
